Richard Gross Named Senior Partner at USC Consulting Group
Tampa, FL, February 4, 2008 Richard W. Gross, 49, has been named a senior partner at USC Consulting Group, LLC (USCCG).
Mr. Gross, who joined the firm in 1981, heads the business acquisition and analysis functions for the operations management consulting firm. In this capacity, he directs teams responsible for establishing new, and cultivating existing, client relationships, and determining the economic value of potential operational improvements for both. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of industries, including airlines, beverage, chemical processing, defense, energy, food processing, HVAC, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical, railroads, retail, and steel. Prior to his current position, Mr. Gross spent ten years in operations, where he developed proficiency in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and supply chain management.

Mr. Gross earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in administrative management and economics from the California University of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified ISO auditor. Mr. Gross resides in Wexford, PA with his wife and three sons.
