USC Consulting Group Announces Promotions
Tampa, FL, January 29, 2008 – USC Consulting Group, LLC (USCCG) Senior Partner and Director of Operations, Louis Schmitt has announced the promotion of Dean Carrier to senior operations manager and Greg Zawacki to operations manager.
Mr. Carrier, 48, joined USCCG in 1987 as a project consultant. During his 21 years with the firm, he has developed operations management experience in the manufacturing, mining, food processing, and forest products industries. He is also head of the company’s forest products practice. He holds a DEC in pure and allied sciences from John Abbott College in Montreal, a B.Sc. degree in chemical engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and CPIM certification from the American Productivity and Inventory Control Society. Mr. Carrier is based in Montreal.
Mr. Zawacki, 56, has been with USCCG since 1996. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing and food processing industries, as well as in corporate quality reporting, MIS-systems development project management, maintenance operations, and management skills development. He holds a BS in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, CPIM certification from the American Productivity and Inventory Control Society, and Lean certification from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Mr. Zawacki is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
