Industry Experts To Address Information Management at Ceridian Time And Attendence Conference

USC Consulting Group operations team to provide insight into developing accessible and understandable business intelligence

Tampa, FL, February 2, 2007 -Members of Tampa-based USC Consulting Group’s (USCCG) operations team have been invited to share their insights regarding managing business intelligence at the Ceridian Source Time and Attendance Professional Users Group (CSTAPUG) Conference in Orlando, FL, in March.

The presentation, entitled “Business Process Transformation + Business Intelligence = Business Advantage,” will be made by USCCG Operations Manager Tom Stanish. Mr. Stanish is known for helping companies manage the business intelligence they collect by building processes that can deliver intelligible reports that enhance real-time, fact-based decision-making at every level across an organization.

His most recent engagement with New Jersey-based Covanta Energy Corporation was the impetus behind CSTAPUG’s invitation to present at their annual conference. Covanta’s Director of Information Solutions, Don Warga, was impressed with the guidance USCCG provided in controlling the energy from waste company’s overtime costs and labor budgeting and forecasting processes and recommended that Mr. Stanish present at the conference.

“I believe there are a lot of other companies out there in the same boat we were two years ago,” Mr. Warga explains. “They are collecting data, but their existing systems do not offer a very manageable, deliverable option designed to reach the different audiences in their organizations. I wanted USCCG to talk about the value of changing business processes, how their Lean Information Control System (LINCS™) can provide data in intelligible reports that can be used organization-wide, and how easily and quickly they can get that tool into the hands of managers.”

Mr. Warga also cites the solid training USCCG brings to the process, along with the enhanced ability to drill down more deeply into the data, as keys to the success of the consulting firm’s approach.

The Ceridian Source Time and Attendance Professional Users Group Conference is slated for March 7 – 9 in Orlando, FL.  For more information, visit their web site at www.CSTAPUG.com.
