USCCG Action Plan: Utilized iterative development approach. Documented organizational hierarchy of data contained in six legacy systems. Retrieved and integrated data using LINCS interface. Created report definitions to illustrate layout and content of required reports, data elements, and source data tags. Developed core reporting. With specification development complete, undertook significant programming initiative to write procedures to extract data from legacy systems, and import, store, and manipulate it.

Key Performance Indicators:Approximately 55 reports and their required queries were developed.

Economic Benefit: Eleven contract incentives, potentially worth $7 million annually.
