Client Profile: This manufacturer of resin-impregnated fibers and fabrics for the aerospace industry was failing to keep pace with the orders they had when they landed 30% more business. Past-due orders already totaled $7 million and were trending upward when their biggest customer threatened to pull his business if they didn’t deliver on time.
