Senior Partners
George W. Coffey – President and Co-Chief Executive Officer
George Coffey has responsibility for sales, marketing, product development, and client relations. In addition, he works closely with the investment community, including private equity and investment banking, as well as seeking and negotiating possible acquisitions to enhance USCCG’s product offerings and fuel its growth. He currently chairs the Strategic Planning Committee and is a member of the company’s Executive Board with responsibility for policy matters.
George began his career with USCCG in 1978 as a project consultant in operations. His responsibilities grew with appointments to project manager, operations manager, business development executive and regional manager/analyst.
George became a partner in 1989, an executive partner in 1995, a senior partner in 1999, and president in 2006.
James A. Ostrosky – President and Co-Chief Executive Officer
Jim Ostrosky has responsibility for product development, technology, strategic alliances, and continuing education. He currently chairs the Continuing Education Committee, and is a member of the company’s Executive Board with responsibility for policy matters.
Jim has been with USCCG since 1979. He began as a project consultant and has held positions at every level in operations. He was appointed president in 2006.
Richard W. Gross – Senior Vice President, Analysis & Business Acquisition
In this capacity, he is responsible for identifying and determining the value of potential operational improvements, putting together a team, and laying out an approach according to a predetermined schedule.
Rick, a certified ISO auditor, joined USCCG in 1981.
Executive Partners
Ted Buckles – Executive Vice President, Director of Operations
Ted Buckles is executive vice president and director of operations. In this capacity he is responsible for planning, staffing, and managing on-time and on-budget delivery of the firm’s products and services in the course of each and every client engagement.
Ted began his career in operations with USCCG in 1988 and, after progressing through the ranks from project consultant to senior operations manager, was made a partner in the firm in 2005. Ted was promoted to his current position in 2010.
David Riggs – Executive Vice President, Business Development
David Riggs is executive vice president, business development. In this capacity he is responsible for directing and managing the sales organization for the purpose of attracting, growing, and retaining new clients for the firm. He has over21 years of experience in delivery, analysis and sales management and has worked in numerous industrial sectors including chemical, food processing, health care, manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, and warehousing and distribution.
David began his career with USCCG in 1990. He was promoted to senior regional manager in 2003, made a partner in the firm in 2005, and assumed his current duties in 2010.

Thomas Klebeck –Vice President, Finance and Administration
Tom is responsible for broad financial oversight of USCCG’s activity, as well as for conducting targeted financial analyses for specific clients. His role includes assisting on engagements where specific financial insight is required to exceed client objectives. In addition, he is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and heads up USCCG’s Private Equity Practice.
Tom joined USCCG in 2005, was promoted to his present position in 2009, and made a partner in the firm in 2010.
Joe Politoske – Vice President, Senior Account Executive
Joe Politoske is a vice president and senior account executive with over 25 years of delivery experience to his credit. In this capacity he is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Joe joined USCCG in 1986, was made a partner in 2007, and promoted to his current position in 2011.
Terence L. Maher – Vice President
Terry Maher is vice president and senior operations manager. He manages a team charged with identifying and delivering operational improvements to clients, at targeted ROIs, within a wide variety of businesses and industries.
Terry began his career at USCCG in 1975 and was its first Creative/Innovation Award winner in 1990.
Lawrence J. Morgan – Vice President
As vice president and senior operations manager, Larry Morgan is responsible for managing a team charged with identifying and delivering operational improvements, at targeted ROIs, within a wide variety of business and industries
Larry began his career in operations at USCCG in 1978. He was appointed to his current position in 1990.
David W. Shouldice – Vice President, Managing Director, Global Mining and Metals Practice
David Shouldice is a vice president and Managing Director of USCCG’s Global Mining and Metals practice. In this capacity he is responsible for managing a team that is charged with attracting, growing, and retaining new mining and metals clients from across the globe by identifying and reliably delivering operational improvements, at targeted ROIs.
David joined USCCG in 1986, was promoted to senior regional manager in 1999, was made a partner in the firm in 2001, and assumed his current duties in 2010.
J. Michael Spratt – Vice President
Mike Spratt is a vice president and senior operations manager responsible for managing a team charged with the responsibility of identifying and delivering operational improvements, at targeted ROIs, to various clients.
Mike joined USCCG in 1983 and has held his current position since 1995. He was made a partner in the firm in December 2000
